Cooking a cake: Recipe for carrot cake

Carrot cake is a healthy recipe for cake.Because we don’t use all purpose flour in this cake. We use wheat flour, eggs, carrots. So, this cake is healthy to eat .
Note: vegetarians can make this same cake recipe with out eggs.(no extra ingredients)
Ingredients
Wheat flour - 1cup and 2 tbsp
Carrots - 2-3 medium sized
Sugar - 1 cup (300gm)
Baking powder – 1small tbsp
Baking soda – 1 small tbsp
Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
Eggs – 2-3 beaten
cinnamon powder - 1 small tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tbsp
Nuts and fruits - 50gm
How to Prepare the mixture for carrot cake:
First powder the sugar and mix well with eggs. Grate the carrots well and mix to the four. Add wheat flour vegetable oil, cinnamon powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, vegetable oil, nuts and fruits as u want and mix well. Grease the baking pan.
How to bake in oven:
Preheat oven and bake the carrot cake at 170 C to 180 C for 50 to 60 min. Cool the carrot cake and then cut it into pieces.
